• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
• Strong experience hiring for business-side functions (GTM, G&A, operations), including leadership roles.
• Proven track record building and executing sourcing strategies yielding high-quality, diverse candidate pipelines.
• Deep understanding of recruiting metrics, funnel analytics, and market insights with the ability to translate data into action.
• Familiarity with tools like Ashby, Gem, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace to drive efficient and scalable recruiting operations.
