Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
Design mockups and wireframes to visualize requirements (Figma or similar tools)
Model and optimize business processes (use cases, user stories, UML sequence diagram)
Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, project managers, and product owners
Coordinate multi-team work and ensure feature delivery

🎯 Requirements

5+ years as BA or Systems Analyst in IT projects
Hands-on specs, user stories, and use cases
Process modeling and requirements tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Wireframes/mockups in Figma
Knowledge of databases and SQL
Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
