Senior Business Systems Analyst, AI Enablement

📋 Description

• Partner closely with Development Sciences business stakeholders, dossier management, Regulatory
• Build and maintain trusted relationships across business, data, technology, and digital teams.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for AI-related business discussions within assigned functional
• Support creation of value assessments, business cases, and prioritization recommendations.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the broader Development Sciences team
• Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related discipline
• Respective years of experience in business systems analysis, business systems consulting, product
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and translating business needs into technology
• Experience partnering with GxP or regulated environments.
• Experience partnering with AI engineers, product managers, and digital teams.
