As a Senior Business Systems Analyst you will be supporting the Finance IT Systems and liaising
Translate business needs into Functional specs, design and develop solutions, configure finance
Work cross-functionally with Executives in Finance, Security, IT and HR.

🎯 Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree (information systems, computer science preferred) or equivalent experience
Minimum 3+ years in IT Finance Implementations/Operations as a Business Systems Analyst
3+ years as IT BSA on Finance (Core Accounting, External reporting, FP&A)
Experience with Workday Finance module and other ERP systems
Experience in building Custom Applications
Strong AI experience (Claude, Gemini, Co-pilot)
