Senior Business Systems Analyst, Finance Systems (Assets & Lease Management)

📋 Description

• Lead Workday Business Assets configuration and asset lifecycle.
• Own lease management and ASC 842 across Workday and lease tools.
• Manage infrastructure asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
• Support ERP Core Financials and Workday FDM alignment for assets.
• Build asset/lease reporting, depreciation forecasts, and close schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data, journals, and controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in finance systems, ERP implementation, or business analysis.
• 5+ years hands-on Workday Financials (Business Assets) experience.
• Deep Workday Business Assets config: asset books, depreciation, CIP.
• Hands-on ASC 842 lease accounting in major platforms (CoStar, LeaseQuery, Visual Lease).
• Strong fixed asset accounting knowledge, capitalization policies, SOX/compliance.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions; stakeholder management.
