📋 Description

Own CPQ, product/SKU architectures; Lead-to-Opportunity lifecycle.
Ensure cross-system behavior across Salesforce, Workato, NetSuite.
Build UAT scripts, run regression tests, log defects.
Translate stakeholder needs into structured requirements and backlog.
Analyze end-to-end flows across Marketo, Salesforce, CPQ, Workato.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years as Business Systems Analyst in SaaS/subscription.
Hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud & CPQ incl. quoting workflows.
Experience with Marketo, CRM, CPQ, automation (Workato).
SQL skills for data investigations and root-cause analysis.
Agile delivery experience; collaborate with Product Owners.
Familiarity with Workato, Jira, NetSuite, Looker, BigQuery.
