Senior Business Systems Analyst II

📋 Description

• Own Salesforce architecture and GTM system design across Marketing, Sales, CS.
• Govern multi-instance Salesforce with IT; support quote-to-cash build.
• Partner with GTM Systems engineers on AI-driven builds (automation, data capture).
• Own end-to-end Salesforce initiatives; provide end-user support and adoption.
• Turn business problems into durable system solutions across GTM, R&D, and IT.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years BA/consulting plus 4+ years Salesforce admin/development.
• College degree in technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Deep understanding of go-to-market processes across Marketing, BDR, Sales, CS.
• Hands-on Salesforce depth: custom fields/objects, Flow, Data Loader, automation.
• Ability to lead architecture decisions; thrive in Agile, ambiguous problems.
• Nice to have: Salesforce Admin certification and Trailhead activity.
