Senior Business Systems Analyst, IT Services

📋 Description

• Lead complex system analysis, configuration, administration, optimization, and support for Deltek
• Assess the impact of organizational changes, company structures, security models, project
• Partner with Finance, Project Management, Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, and other
• Translate business and functional requirements into system configurations, workflows, security
• Lead the evaluation, prioritization, and implementation of enhancements, change requests, and
• Analyze and support integrations between Vantagepoint and enterprise applications, including HRIS

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering
• 5+ years of experience supporting, analyzing, designing, or implementing enterprise business
• 3+ years of experience working with complex enterprise ERP platforms.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Deltek Vantagepoint configuration, administration, reporting
• Experience with Vantagepoint project accounting, resource planning, CRM, project management, and
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into system configurations, specifications

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range of $130,000–$140,000, depending on experience and geographic location.
