🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Technical Analyst for retail
• Strong experience with cloud-based Merchandising, PLM, Planning, Allocation, and Oracle Retail
• Solid SDLC knowledge (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting specs, and translating needs into technical
• Knowledge of merchandising system integrations, reporting, dashboards, and admin activities.
• Experience testing, troubleshooting production issues, and managing system enhancements.
