Senior Business Systems Analyst - People & Internal Systems

📋 Description

• Share ownership of the enterprise integration layer across payroll, benefits, identity management
• Administer and support an enterprise AI platform, including workspace configuration, user
• Partner with teams across the organization to drive responsible AI adoption by developing
• Configure and enhance enterprise systems in partnership with business stakeholders, translating
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes using business process logic, calculated
• Design solutions that consider upstream and downstream dependencies, data flows, scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business systems, enterprise integrations, IT platforms, or a related
• Hands-on experience building, configuring, monitoring, and supporting enterprise integrations
• Experience administering enterprise SaaS or AI platforms such as Claude Enterprise, Microsoft 365
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and how data moves between enterprise systems, with
• Hands-on experience with business process automation, calculated fields, business logic, or iPaaS
• Demonstrated ability to reduce manual processes through automation and create scalable, efficient

🎁 Benefits

• Annual US base salary range of USD $114,000–$125,000.
• Final compensation determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, education, and other
