📋 Description

• Own Salesforce and NetSuite admin; manage data quality and automation.
• Design, build, and run agent workflows with Claude and tools.
• Lead change management with sandbox-first development and docs.
• Collaborate across RevOps, Finance, Sales, Product; roadmap automation.
• Coach teams to solve automation problems and drive adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in business systems, RevOps, or related role.
• Hands-on Salesforce admin in production org; admin cert ideal.
• NetSuite admin experience with workflows and saved searches.
• Data governance expertise, PHI/HIPAA aware.
• Prompt engineering fluency with Claude or similar.
• API & integration debugging; strong technical fluency.
