🎯 Requirements

• Degree: Minimum of a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, Management
• 4+ years of experience in desktop engineering or similar IT-related roles.
• Demonstrated experience configuring, managing, and troubleshooting both Windows 10/11 and macOS
• Experience administering enterprise device management systems (e.g., Microsoft Intune for Windows
• Working knowledge of PowerShell (Windows) and Bash / zsh (macOS) for administrative automation.
• Practical experience with endpoint encryption, antivirus software deployment, and identity
