🎯 Requirements

8+ years in business transformation and program management.
Proven track record advising senior executives on organizational change.
Experience leading multi-track enterprise programs with tech delivery & business readiness.
Hands-on with PPM, MoSCoW, RAID logs, decision logs, stage gate governance.
Consulting/TMO/PMO governance across multiple workstreams.
PMP certification; MSP/PRINCE2 or equivalent.
