• Significant experience in management consulting, transformation, strategy, or tech-enabled change.
• Proven ability to advise executives and facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Experience assessing operating models, workflows, processes, and management practices.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, data, and technology-driven transformation.
• Experience developing business cases, roadmaps, governance models, and performance frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
