• Proven ability to advise executives and facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Experience assessing organizations, operating models, workflows, processes, and management practices.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, digital platforms, data, and tech-driven transformation.
• Demonstrated experience developing business cases, roadmaps, governance models, and performance frameworks.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to evaluate strategic opportunities, feasibility, risks, and value.
