📋 Description

• Support transformation initiatives in the Employee Benefits domain.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years in business transformation or strategy consulting.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders.
• Domain expertise: Employee Benefits, Collective Life Insurance, or 2nd Pillar pensions.
• Languages: French and English proficiency; Dutch is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
