Senior C++ Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design components for our systems.
• Develop and optimize cloud video frameworks (AV processing, streaming, low-latency).
• Field test and support deployments at live sporting events.
• Partner with product teams and customers to refine solutions.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to architecture.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in modern C++ (ideally up to C++20)
• Experience with multithreaded, performance-optimised code
• Familiarity with Git, Visual Studio, and debugging workflows
• Experience with networking (TCP/IP, streaming); cloud technologies or video/audio encoding is a plus
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
