Senior C++ Software Engineer (Defense Autonomy)

📋 Description

• Design multi-agent optimization for distributed decision-making
• Develop temporal logic and constraint-satisfaction for planning
• Create models for sequential decisions under uncertainty
• Build frameworks balancing efficiency with human-readable reasoning
• Implement and evaluate metrics for algorithm performance

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MS in CS/SE/Robotics, or 5+ years in intelligent agents/planning
• 5+ years hands-on experience with modern C++ (C++20)
• Strong theory and practical experience with constraint satisfaction, scheduling, optimization
• Proficiency with Bazel in Docker-based Linux environments
• Docker/containerized development in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
• Travel: occasional 10-20%; US citizen eligible for SECRET/SAP clearance
