• Own the end-to-end recruitment process: screening, interviewing, assessment review, offer
• Build strong partnerships with business leaders and interviewers, and make sure we're aligned on

• 3+ years of industry experience, ideally within a global finance, trading, tech or consultancy
• Knowledge of financial markets and the trading industry
• A critical eye: you question how things are done, spot trends early and turn them into practical
• The ability to think strategically and act tactically, moving easily between the bigger picture and
• A solution-oriented mindset: when something isn't working, you look for a better way
