Senior Cancer Registrar (Part-Time Consultant / Domain Advisor)

📋 Description

• Serve as SME on cancer registry data standards and reporting
• Provide structured walkthroughs of the registry lifecycle
• Advise on data dictionaries, staging schemas, and coding logic
• Explain daily registrar workflows including EHRs and state/federal reporting
• Review data models, mappings, and automation use cases
• Participate in remote review meetings to guide technical teams

🎯 Requirements

• Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR) credential in good standing
• 5–10+ years in cancer registry operations (facility-based or central)
• Familiar with AJCC, TNM, ICD-O, SSDI
• NAACCR-style data items and registry tools
• Data validation and QA workflows
• Excellent communication; translate registry processes
