Senior Capability Development Analyst

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain operational training curricula and job aids.
• Partner with Learning & Development to design programs in the platform.
• Collaborate with Client Excellence to maintain knowledge repositories.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training for new joiners and staff.
• Conduct post-training assessments and evaluate learning interventions.
• Analyze QA findings and performance data to identify learning opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in management, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in management company, client service delivery, or shared services.
• Strong understanding of financial services operations and AML/CFT requirements.
• Proven experience in operational training, coaching, QA, or continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in training design, learning content development, and MS Office.
• Experience with AI/automation tools and stakeholder management.
