Senior Capability Development Analyst

📋 Description

• Design, develop and maintain operational training materials, learning pathways, procedural
• Partner with Learning & Development, Client Excellence and subject matter experts to deliver
• Deliver classroom, virtual and on-the-job training programmes for new and existing employees
• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, quality reviews and performance outcomes
• Analyse quality assurance findings, operational issues, customer feedback and compliance trends to
• Translate operational insights into targeted learning, coaching and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance or a related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience within a Management Company, Client Service Delivery, Shared Services or
• Strong understanding of financial services operations, global business environments and AML/CFT
• Proven experience in operational training, coaching, quality assurance, continuous improvement or
• Demonstrated ability to analyse quality and performance data, identify trends, conduct root cause
• Experience designing and delivering training programmes, learning content and capability
