Senior Card Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end invoice reconciliation and payments for card vendors.
• Verify invoices against contracts and data to spot discrepancies.
• Follow up with vendors to resolve billing issues and ensure accuracy.
• Support vendor onboarding, documentation, and cost allocation.
• Interact with Visa/Mastercard portals for program management.
• Coordinate network projects for launches and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 1-3 years in card operations, payments, fintech, or financial ops.
• Strong understanding of card payment systems, interchange, billing, and vendor mgmt.
• Experience with Mastercard Connect and/or Visa systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, and financial reconciliation tools.
