Senior Career Services Manager

📋 Description

• Supervise Career Advisors, Intake staff, Employment Works staff, and assigned Career Services
• Oversee customer intake, assessment, career advisement, employment planning, and service delivery
• Develop and manage workshops focused on job readiness, career exploration, digital literacy, job
• Oversee Individual Training Grant (ITG) referrals, training enrollments, completion tracking
• Ensure customers receive quality resume preparation, interview coaching, job search assistance
• Oversee digital literacy initiatives, Coursera enrollments, and other skills development activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Education, Social Work, Workforce Development, Public
• Minimum of 7 years of experience preferred in workforce development, career services, employment
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of career counseling, workforce development programs, employment services, training
• Experience managing government-funded programs and coordinating multiple workforce initiatives
• Experience working with diverse populations, including justice-impacted individuals and individuals
