Senior Carrier and Product Management

📋 Description

• Develop our cyber insurance products in Germany, the Netherlands, Austria and other markets
• Monitor market, carrier and broker trends, and adapt our products and policy wordings accordingly.
• Support the underwriting team and our customers with legal and insurance-related questions.
• Identify compliance risks across all markets at an early stage and implement solutions that comply
• Drive the introduction of a modular product concept and scale processes through automation.
• Lead carrier management from a legal and strategic perspective. Negotiate and oversee MGA

🎯 Requirements

• Strong legal knowledge of cyber insurance in Germany, the Netherlands or another EU country. A
• Several years of experience with cyber products and policy wordings in underwriting and/or claims
• An understanding of cyber compliance and regulatory requirements, with practical experience in
• An entrepreneurial mindset, a structured and detail-oriented approach, and the motivation to build
• The ability to work independently, communicate with confidence and follow through—and to bring
• Confidence negotiating with customers and partners, resilience, and a strong sense of ownership.
