🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
4+ years in case management serving refugee/immigrant populations
Minimum age 21; strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches
English proficient; excellent cross-cultural communication
Knowledge of immigration laws, ORR policies, and resources
MS Office and case management databases proficiency
