Senior Cashiering Associate

📋 Description

• Own and continuously strengthen controls across money movement workflows, ensuring adherence to
• Review, validate, and approve client money movement requests (ACH, wires, RTP, checks, journals) in
• Process and release transactions accurately and within established SLAs
• Reconcile daily cash movements, deposits, and settlement activity to ensure accurate posting
• Monitor and resolve exceptions, returns, rejects, and transaction discrepancies
• Serve as a primary operational point of contact for custodians and banking partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field — or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, brokerage operations, banking, or cashiering
• Direct experience processing money movements (ACH, wires, checks, journals, RTP preferred)
• Experience interacting with custodians, clearing firms, or correspondent banks
• Strong command of operational risk and fraud controls
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
