🎯 Requirements

5+ years in resource management, workforce planning, staffing, PMO, operations, or consulting
Experience staffing technology, digital, or consulting projects
Strong stakeholder management skills
Excellent planning and prioritisation abilities
Strong commercial awareness
Experience using resource planning tools and reporting systems
