Senior Casting Technology Manufacturing Engineer

📋 Description

• Own technical processes and product activities for the casting commodity, providing subject-matter
• Support the development, industrialization, and implementation of new casting technologies and
• Plan and execute process-engineering activities for new product and technology development.
• Collaborate with Quality and Design Engineering teams to ensure new processes achieve established
• Partner with sourcing teams on casting supplier development, producibility improvements, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a technical field, or a high school
• Minimum of 5 years of professional casting experience.
• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing process engineering, casting technology, supplier
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25–50%, including multiple visits to Cincinnati
• Experience with SX and Equiax investment casting is preferred.
• Experience with additive manufacturing and New Product Introduction (NPI) is preferred.
