🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.
5+ years property claims experience.
Estimating skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong organizational and empathetic interpersonal skills.
Licensed adjuster in home state or with non-resident license; multi-state licensing; preferred field/catastrophe experience and designations.
