📋 Description

• Own high-priority Consumer growth opportunities from diagnosis to execution.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Content, Data, Finance, and Partners.
• Design experiments and operating mechanisms to accelerate learning and decisions.
• Prioritize opportunities by impact, effort, timing, confidence, and fit.
• Balance short-term revenue with long-term category growth and learner value.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, or related field with
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability using quantitative analysis to identify opportunities and influence decisions.
• History of leading ambiguous, multi-stakeholder initiatives end-to-end.
• Experience presenting data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
