Senior Category Manager, Men's EU

📋 Description

• End-to-end merchandising for UK/EU menswear, including assortment and launches.
• Execute regional merchandising strategy with US Product Merchandising and regional peers.
• Shape new product opportunities and business cases through ideation.
• Collaborate with Product, Planning, Sourcing, Marketing and Design on launches.
• Analyze trading performance and drive improvements in sales, margin and returns.
• Own product catalogue management, data accuracy, and setup.

🎯 Requirements

• Based in London, Madrid, or Berlin with 4 days in-office
• 8 years of retail merchandising or buying in menswear with ownership of category performance
• E-commerce and/or DTC experience; exposure to both startup and blue-chip brands
• Strong analytical skills; data-driven decisions on sales, margin, returns
• Product-obsessed; uses data tools and external sources to drive results
• Excellent written and verbal communication, influencing across cross-functional teams
