Senior Category Manager, Womenswear UK/EU

📋 Description

• End-to-end merchandising for UK & EU womenswear, incl. launches
• Execute regional merchandising strategy with Product Merchandising peers
• Cross-functional launches with Planning, Design, Sourcing, Marketing
• Analyze trading performance and drive improvements (sales, margins)
• Own product catalogue management, data accuracy, and systems
• Build site merchandising strategy and PDP improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Based in London, Madrid, or Berlin; 4 days in-office
• 8 years in retail merchandising or buying (menswear)
• E-commerce and/or DTC experience; startup/blue-chip exposure
• Track record of progression and growth in roles
• Strong analytical skills; data-driven merchandising
• Bachelor's degree preferred
