📋 Description

• Fine-tune and optimize new equipment with a focus on safety and process capability
• Conduct engineering trials and data collection with careful attention to detail and effective
• Document and improve process steps by authoring SOPs using Microsoft Word or equivalent software
• Facilitate transfer of knowledge and new processes from Process Development to Manufacturing
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems during commissioning of new prototype equipment
• Problem-solve novel mechanical challenges on first-of-its-kind pilot equipment and manufacturing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a technician or in a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Experience executing manufacturing or engineering trials with attention to detail and high standard
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with a positive get-it-done attitude
• Moderate comfort with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
