📋 Description

• Manage periodic reviews for high-risk enterprise customers end-to-end.
• Maintain First-Time-Right accuracy and conduct quality control checks.
• Coach peers and guide team through complex cases.
• Lead calibration sessions to translate compliance requirements into workflows.
• Act as liaison between Commercial teams and external customers.
• Partner with teams to ensure scalable execution of AMLR regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in CDD, KYC, or EDD operations or equivalent.
• Deep experience with complex risk scenarios and regulatory standards.
• Knowledge of EU AML regulations and perpetual KYC.
• Analytical mindset with data analysis and root-cause skills.
• High autonomy, resilience, and strong communication skills.
• Experience coaching or mentoring team members is a plus.
