Senior Cell Assay Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Provide pre- and post-sale technical support of cellular and biochemical assay products to
• Independently assess client needs/issues and determine best course of action, including remote
• Provide technical information and assay protocol guidance to customers.
• Provide feedback to drive product improvements and participate in product issue review committee.
• Review product documents (user manuals, datasheets) for accuracy.
• Assist with development and maintenance of customer case management tools.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD/MS in cell biology, pharmacology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years (PhD) or 2-4 years (MS) experience with cell-based assays.
• Experience with assay development, particularly cell-based assays.
• Experience training biological scientists on cell-based/biochemical assays preferred.
• Strong understanding of cell signaling biology and pharmacology.
• Adept at diagnosing, troubleshooting, solving complex technical problems with biological assays.
