Senior Channel Account Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and execute channel sales strategies aligned with regional revenue, pipeline, and market expansion objectives.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and grow strategic partners (distributors, resellers, MSPs, SIs, tech partners).
• Identify new partner-driven opportunities and convert relationships into qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
• Build executive relationships with partners and establish joint business plans and metrics.
• Collaborate with partner sales teams to target accounts and accelerate opportunities.
• Enable partners with training, product positioning, demos, and sales resources.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in channel sales, partner management, or business development in SaaS/enterprise software.
• Proven success building partner relationships and converting partnerships into pipeline and revenue.
• Strong understanding of North American channel models (distributors, resellers, MSPs, SIs).
• Experience building relationships with partner executives, sales leaders, and frontline teams.
• Strong business development mindset to identify opportunities and grow partnerships.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management.
