Design and own end-to-end channel processes (onboarding, deal registration, co-sell).
Define SOPs for partner-facing and internal channel processes across Sales, Finance, Marketing.
Identify bottlenecks in the partner lifecycle and implement scalable solutions.
Partner with Channel leadership to support VAR/MSP/Distributor segmentation.
Define channel reporting requirements with Analytics; build GTM dashboards.
Translate channel data into executive insights; own cadence of business reviews.
