📋 Description

• Manage and optimize the end-to-end chargeback lifecycle, including notifications, representment
• Act as a trusted advisor to EBANX merchants, providing guidance on fraud and chargeback best
• Monitor and analyze key fraud and chargeback indicators, such as chargeback rate and win rate
• Conduct complex fraud and chargeback investigations, translating large volumes of data into
• Map and continuously improve operational processes, identifying opportunities to increase

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Fraud Prevention, Chargebacks, Disputes, Payments Risk, or related areas within
• Strong knowledge of the chargeback lifecycle, including dispute management, representment, card
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to investigate complex
• Experience monitoring and interpreting fraud and chargeback KPIs and using them to drive
• Ability to navigate complex and dynamic environments, managing different priorities while
• Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
