📋 Description

• Proactively hunt threats; lead all-source collection for CSAE risks.
• Analyze data, extract indicators; build automated signals for safety at scale.
• Advise on platform risk; identify safety vulnerabilities before launch.
• Author threat briefs and intel for Safety leadership and teams.
• Represent Roblox with NGOs and industry partners to aid third-party intel.
• Mentor junior teammates on analytic tradecraft.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of child safety landscape and online adversaries.
• 7–10 years in Trust & Safety, Threat Intelligence, or Cybercrime.
• Bachelor's degree in criminology, data analytics, cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent.
• Experience identifying intelligence sources and building collection plans.
• Proficiency in SQL or Python to query large datasets.
• Experience with OSINT tools and Maltego, social mapping, domain analysis.
