📋 Description

• Lead execution of Knicks City Dancers routines and choreography.
• Develop and oversee management for Knicks City Kids team.
• Collaborate with event presentation, musical director, lighting, sound to align production.
• Lead pre-production, workshops, and Knicks City Dancers rehearsals.
• Ensure professional standards; provide instruction, critique, and coaching.
• Construct dance charts and plan entrances/exits; adjust placement and props.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-15 years of experience on large-scale productions.
• Broad knowledge of dance techniques; proficient in multiple genres.
• Adapt sequences and teach routines quickly to dancers.
• Lead creative and technical production processes.
• Work under pressure; manage multiple tasks to deadlines.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
