🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in NM or AZ, or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• 10+ years in civil/geotechnical mining engineering.
• Extensive experience with earthworks, foundations, mine waste, tailings, water management.
• Strong project management, leadership, and client relations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficiency in civil design software.
