🎯 Requirements

Civil Engineering degree or relevant engineering background preferred.
Proven experience estimating US-based commercial construction projects.
Strong experience with commercial earthwork and utility estimation.
Ability to independently manage the complete bidding lifecycle from takeoff to proposal.
Experience preparing quantity takeoffs, estimates, RFIs, and bid packages.
Strong understanding of US construction standards, terminology, and workflows.
