Senior Civil Estimator - ECI

📋 Description

• Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for building projects.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, take-offs, and tender pricing.
• Review drawings, specs, BOQs to identify scope and cost risks.
• Support ECI projects across concept, design, and pre-construction.
• Analyze supplier/subcontractor quotations for commercial compliance.
• Develop value engineering proposals and cost optimizations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Civil Eng, Quantity Surveying, Construction Mgmt, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years estimating experience in construction.
• Proven experience in building projects: commercial, residential, hospitality, mixed-use, high-rise.
• Advanced proficiency in Candy (CCS) Estimating Software.
• Experience with ECI, pre-construction, tendering.
• Strong understandings of construction methodologies, cost management.
