Senior Civil Site Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead the civil site design of utility infrastructure projects, including access roads, site
• Coordinate engineering design activities independently and alongside project teams to maintain
• Conduct site visits and field walkdowns to verify existing conditions and ensure design assumptions
• Review and manage subcontractor civil site development designs, ensuring technical quality
• Coordinate with local Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) to identify applicable requirements
• Prepare permit applications and supporting documentation, including Stormwater Pollution Prevention

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in civil site design for electrical transmission and
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Strong proficiency in civil design software such as MicroStation, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or comparable
• Expert knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal codes and standards, including ASCE 113
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design work, reviewing subcontractor deliverables
