📋 Description

• Handling complex first-party property claims, including those involving public adjusters and
• Examining and interpreting insureds' policies, forms in force, and other records to determine
• Negotiating with public adjusters, attorneys, contractors, and vendors to reach fair
• Drafting, approving, and adjusting estimates of damage and loss amounts
• Partnering with field appraisers to manage home estimates and repairs
• Using varying methods of investigation, including taking recorded statements, consulting with

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of first-party residential property claims adjusting experience
• Experience working directly for an insurance carrier
• Experienced in California claim handling
• Working knowledge of Florida insurance laws and Florida good faith claims handling
• Data-driven and analytical approach; you love working with new tech and getting into the numbers
• Experience with vendor management and negotiations
