📋 Description

• Manage litigated and other complex, high-exposure liability claims through coverage analysis
• Handle claims involving complex coverage issues, catastrophic bodily injuries, personal and
• Develop positive and effective working relationships with panel counsel and collaborate on
• Work with counsel to develop detailed action plans focused on effective case management and early
• Prepare and present large-loss reports for significant claims.
• Establish timely and accurate claim and expense reserves based on thorough exposure analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience handling significant litigation claims with exposures of $500,000
• Demonstrated ability to identify and address complex coverage issues and conduct thorough
• Proven experience establishing timely and accurate reserves and developing detailed action plans
• Strong knowledge of tort and contract law.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to evaluate and resolve complex claims within
• Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and collaboration skills.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range of $77,000–$144,000, with actual compensation determined by factors including
