Senior Clearing Analyst

📋 Description

• Evaluate the DCO clearing environment and identify what to build or improve to scale
• Own clearing SOPs, runbooks, escalation paths, and internal docs
• Collaborate with Control Desk, Clearinghouse, DCM, DCO, Finance, Treasury, Compliance, Product
• Lead client-facing process quality; translate pain points into improvements and SLA enhancements
• Support treasury management, cash movement, reconciliation, settlement, and liquidity workflows
• Define and operate within SLAs; propose and document them

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in financial markets ops with clearing, settlement, and treasury
• Hands-on treasury management, liquidity operations, cash movement, and reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of clearing workflows, trade lifecycle, settlement, and escalation
• Experience in regulated financial services with compliance understanding
• Ability to independently create SOPs, process maps, controls docs, and runbooks
• Strong analytical skills across business, compliance, finance, and tech
