📋 Description

• Own and grow a mid-market book of advertisers; main client contact.
• Drive activation, retention, and revenue growth through consultative storytelling.
• Lead strategic sales conversations using market trends and data to advise clients on Reddit.
• Work with Account Strategists to implement and optimize campaigns to meet client objectives.
• Monitor key campaign metrics and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to hit quarterly targets and build client relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-12 years of experience in digital media sales, account management, or paid social strategy.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of customer funnel, auction dynamics, and digital ads.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication to craft and present narratives.
• Highly analytical; able to translate data into client-facing insights.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and understanding of performance measurement and attribution.
