Senior Client Executive

📋 Description

• Act as the primary post-sale point of contact, building and maintaining strong, long-term client
• Lead post-sale implementation efforts by defining business needs, configuring product
• Analyze and monitor client dashboards to ensure usability and uncover insights related to model
• Document all phases of project management and maintain detailed client engagement records
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams on a weekly basis

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a post-sale client relationship role, supporting customers through
• Prior experience in the health insurance industry; underwriting background is a strong plus
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Proven track record in project/account management
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Excel
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to build trusted client relationships
